It big and better than the old one. Waiting take too long when I got there for my appointment. The doctors were great. They recognized my hearing aids and made sure I can hear them clearly.
Disappointing. The waiting area was dirty. I hada difficult time scheduling the appointment, but the representative was very helpful and kind. However when I arrived, I sat for 1.5 hours passed my appointment time. I ended up leaving. I got my copay refund.
ALL WAYS HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I COME HERE HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO READ A PPD CAME HERE AT ONE THE WHOLE PLACE IS SHUT DOWN FOR LUNCH COME BACK AFTER 1 AND STILL HERE REDICULIOUS.
I would like to give this place 5 stars. The staff is rather pleasant and they give my kids very good medical care. However, they lose 3 stars because of their intake process for walk in patients. I had to be seen for something today that was rather urgent. I got there at 9 AM only to be told that the walk in time for what I needed to be seen for was 1:30 PM.
