The staff was quite efficient...it made being at the dentist less stressful.
My appointment was at 8:40 i didnt c my doctor until 10:00. Iam not happy with the time i had to wait.
Like it here but very slow service.. My appointment yesterday was at 10am they didnt call me in til 1130.. But the doctors are very good and thorough.
My son's experience at Oakhurst Clinic on Memorial Drive has been disappointing to say the least. Phone calls are rarely answered and messages are never returned. He waits a minimum of 2 hours for his scheduled appointments and mistakes have been made with his prescriptions. Recently he arrived for his appointment to find the clinic closed. This horrendous service provided for so many who desperately need medical help is shameful.
The NP was cool and very friendly, my problem comes with the wait time. Appt was at 11, got checked in at 11:30. Triage at 12:15 back to the waiting room. Placed in a room at 1:15, dr finally come in at 1:45. Talks checks the baby takes me to lap at 2:00. Sit at the lap for 15 mins before paperwork gets there finally leaves out at 2:30. Since when did going to the doctor require a packed lunch and snack. Please fix it!
I like Oakhurst medical the doctors very professional and excellent care !!! my only problem is after you have seen your doctor you have to go back out and stand in line to get a time for you to come back !! I just seem to think that when you come out from seeing your doctor there's a window right there you should be able to just stop there get your new date and leave !!!!! I really think they should work on that .... you wait an hour -and-a-half sometime maybe 2 hours before you even see the doctor then you have to come out... read more
A wonderful place to Work and serve the community.
I could not believe that my daughter and I waited over 2 hrs to be seen when we had an appointment for 8:40, yet every walk in that was there was called in before us. We eventually asked for a refund and left. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk is totally rude and nasty, but the staff in the back is pleasant and professional. THEY HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER
