Just tried to make an appointment and the doctor that I really like will no longer be there anymore. I like Dr. Walker...
I have call Oakhurst Medical Center 18 times just to set up an appointment, you call a recorder comes on then a lady says press 2 you press 2 and she says you are in position 6 you wait and wait I waited 2 hours yes 2 hours and no one came to the phone this is bad so I rate them a one if I could rate them a zero I would
I been using this facility for a few years because of no insurance. .but they have the worst customer service. .I love my doctors. .but the waiting time and communication through the portal is horrible. .I have used the portal for two weeks no response. .I'm not even calling the Ceo no more..but I'm definitely finding me another dr
I have been calling for 2 weeks and leaving messages...as usual...no call back or answer...smh...so how do we make appointments...bad business
Just called and was automatically put on hold. Listened to hold music for about 20 mins. The phone finally rings and I think I am going to be connected to someone. No. The voicemail kicks in. I was trying to make an appointment for my son who was sent home from school sick. We just opted to have Dr. Wright as my family's PCP through our insurance so my son would have been a new patient. I will be looking for a new PCP because this call really rubbed me the wrong way.
The female receptionist at the Stone Mountain location are awful I wish I knew her name, but you'll see if you go. I bypassed her and had to message my doctor through the online portal to get seen. The doctor came to the front and spoke with her about my appointment. The doctor was great.
This place doesn't do anything but give you referrals and they take way too long to get to people. There's always a lot of people in there and it's always a long wait. I've waited for two hours on my last visit. I was very dissatisfied with their service. Staff is rude!! I just started going somewhere else way more reliable.
