I have been trying to get a refill on my insulin syringes for over a week. I even left a message for administration.Left 4 messages on portal and I have no answer. I have to have these and love the nurse practitioner there but just need more communication. Does anyone there review the emails? THis is not the first time it has happened
Front office is worthless. They lost all of my medical records after it took me months and a lot of money to compile them from multiple locations. Not very professional at all. When you call them you are on hold for 25-30 minutes. They couldn't care less about the patients.
I have an appointment set for 10:30 and 10:45. I don't get seen till 12:00. Then because I was late I lost my 10:30 appointment and had to reschedule. The wait time is long. People are nice.
They take really good care of me there my Doctors and staff are awesome!

Worst place ever took four hours to see a nurse and found out they had no doctors that day. Once I was done I went to Publix to fill my prescription only to find out that Oakhurst medical forgot to write the prescription. Called Oakhurst medical and told them about the situation and they said I would have to pay to come see them again in order to get another prescription only because they forgot.
