I did not have to wait long for service. Houston set up my appointment in a very timely manner that was perfect for my schedule. I was treated with respect and kindness. I felt like I was treated like family. Everyone spoke to me and all employees were very helpful.

Major Loose bolts! None to correct torque! , broke other parts while doing work that I had to point out(they kind of fixed that,with another mess up they didn’t fix), don’t follow service manuals. Service manger Steve threatened me. Owner not calling me back after multiple messages. Love Toyota’s, hate that a dealership is like this. Put my family in harms way.
