Purchased a used car from this dealership back in the Fall, it took me over an hour to clean it when I got home (inside and outside). Went in for a routine oil change in April and received 3 holes in the interior roof liner after I left. They refuse to accept responsibility, the owner will NOT answer calls, I have left at least 20 messages, an email and a letter in the mail and I have heard nothing back!
