This place really sucks!!!
I want to recant my last review century oaks overall wasn’t extremely bad apartment complex outside of a few situation with management they’re understanding and also making improvements with door fobs I think the units definitely need to be remodeled the location is very underrated there’s a 24 hour gas station around the corner along with grocery store and several fast food restaurants my only complaint is the police are very excessive almost boredline harassing
The new property managers are awesome. I did not like the old ones. The new maintenance people know what they are doing. The only thing I would say is that they need to get people who are not on someone's lease out and the place will stay safe for everyone.
