The Oakdale Bar & Grill re-opened in February 2019. It is located next to the Oakdale Dam on the south side of Lake Freeman in Monticello, Indiana. Since then, the owners, Nick Blum, Dewey Brown, & Nicole Brown, have been motivated to not only continue the long legacy of The Oakdale, but they continue to provide a family friendly atmosphere with exceptional American Cuisine, Cold Beer, and Great Times.

Always good people service and food great prices !
The food was ok at best. Had a waitress that didn't want to be there the table next to us didn't get there salad when they told he she walked away saying "Jesus Christ your killing me. Your killing me" the table behind us had cat fish that wasn't cooked all the way and a hair on there ribeye, after watching the waitress flip out she went and got the manager owner or whatever and then she came and flipped out while the table was being nothing but polite. We had great food and the service was outstanding!
Last night a family of 11 was told it would be an hour to get a table. 50 dollars in drinks & an hour later, we were told its going to be another hour. They said they forgot they already had another reservation, yet the party wasn't even there. We would of never stayed & ordered drinks if we were told it would be 2 hours for a table in the first place. You all lost out on a lot of money & forever have lost our business.
