I was a little apprehensive after I received 3! Phone calls the morning of to come in early. But the experience was great. Kiddo loved it, staff was super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our place!
My daughters have been going to Dr. Baker since they were 2 (so over 10 years) and absolutely adore her. They never complain about going to the dentist and actually get excited that it's appointment time. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and fun, and Dr. Baker is lovely. Not a single negative thing to say about it!
The staff is very patient.
Made both me and my children feel safe, comfortable, and confident! I knew right away when they started doing the xray that we made the right choice of dentist.
My dsughter has been a patient with this denitistry for 4yrs I could not make my apoointment due to conflicts with my job so I went to another place.. wrong answer-I was told my daughter has 4 cavities in her molars... I wanted a second opinioin went back to Dr Baker cause I trust her judgement and my daughter does not have 4 cavaties she has weak enamel and got some Rimen paste and she has a 6month follow up with Dr Baker. My son is very nervous at the dentist but Dr. Baker and the staff made him feel comfortable. This is our third dentist and the only one that has been able to get him to open his mouth. He was even laughing during the visit! Thank you!!
The ladies are amazing! They made my daughter feel like she was their number one priority.
Such a wonderful experience! Took great care to calm my son's fears and make sure he was pain free having his tooth pulled!! Dr. Baker and the whole staff are very professional.
Our experiences with Summerville Pediatric Dentistry have always been amazing. Today's visit was no exception. We arrived right on time, and waited probably under two minutes in their waiting area. The staff were considerate and engaging with my children, they gave us pertinent and clear information and instruction, and Dr. Dottie herself is knowledgeable, approachable and overall delightful.
