Office Staff and Manager are very difficult to deal with when it comes to personal situations. The manager at Oak Tree Square, and the supporting office staff, are very difficult to deal with. The first issue is that if you ever want to speak to the manager you have to deal with the office staff trying to talk you out of it, not letting you talk to the manager, and in general being very uncooperative.
