Full disclosure, our offices are in this hotel. I’ve viewed the rooms and a lot of the vacation homes: hotel guests rave about how comfortable the beds are and how great the food is. They have many returning guests who are familiar with the hotel and stay whenever they are in the area. I haven’t seen all of the vacation homes but I’ve seen approx. 10 of them. Wonderful spot to stay! The room was cozy and clean, the staff was attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to cook us gluten-free breakfast. � We also really appreciated the proximity to all downtown Hood River's shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

My friend and I shared a suite and it was great. I loved the bed and pillows so much that I took a picture of them to try to buy it in the future. The staff was always incredibly helpful and kind. We had glasses in our room, not dixie cups. The hand soap in the room was such a pleasant lavender scent. Beautiful breakfasts, lovely setting and delightful town.
We called to try and do there eloping package we were very interested ... Told that we would get a call back from the lady who was in charge of this the next day... Well she didn't call us back we gave it a few days and called back she was very puzzled and said she was new and forgot to call us back then took all our information on what we were wanting etc... Said she would call us back and email us she never did so we chose somewhere else.....we were ready to spend $500 here in April to do this because it looked cute and li... read more
Why are there no glasses in the room Nothing but dixie cups. Expensive room brought a bottle of wine back from dinner and tiny little dixie cups..... sad and the coffee was empty in the house only 8:00.
