Very good oak Street health I love it
I recently visited Oak Street Medical with my mom, and it was a breath of fresh air! This was her first visit. The staff's kindness and warm smiles made us feel right at home. My mom, who's usually wary of new places, was surprisingly comfortable – thanks to the caring team. What stood out was their focus on getting to know patients' health and concerns, plus the offer to reach out if needed. Dr. Coykendall is great. Oak Street, overall, is "meh". I switched from my doctor, who Iiked, because the facility he is at isn't great. Oak Street....same issues. Staff are clearly just moving through the day. Leslie is condescending and has a snarky attitude. I never got a refill I needed and was told I also needed further tests, an echo to be specific, and was never followed up with for that. They "get the job done" but anything extraordinary...not really. I'll save the hour drive and get the same level of care. ## Update... read more
