This is my first time at this Oak street clinic..I follow my doctor, Dr. DeVance from the other Oak Street clinic which was professional, respectful, attentive, and quick to get you into see your doctor... This Oak street staff was pleasant, but unattentive and unaware of folks sitting waiting for their doctor for over hours...when I arrived, they took my name and information, I went and sat down for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I am a very new patient at Oak Street and also a new resident in Alabama. I have been seeing the commercial and telling my husband that I wanted to go a see the clinic. My husband was at a CVS and MRS. Robin Aaron was there representing Oak Street Health and REPRESENTED clinic WELL!!!!
