I’m new to the area, and decided to try this new model. The visits to Oak Street Health in Bethlehem were great. It was good to find a NP who listened and cared. Better listening and more thorough than other places. Also more expensive, or my insurance has gotten worse (totally possible — United Healthcare). BUT, I’ve been trying for a month to get a prescription refilled. Fourth time I’ve called. It’s impossible to reach the clinic directly and the helpline people do what they have scripts for. Not good on continuity of care. Cancels appointments at the last minute after driving 1and a half hour for appointment, more than once.
Not to happy with this place they never get back to you when they say they will I had blood work done on the 18th of may still waiting on results
