Business Owner Dr. Robert Bower received his BS from Oklahoma State in 1976, and then his doctorate in veterinary medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1978. Dr. Bower is a past president of the Comanche County Veterinary Medical Association. His areas of special interest include: Ophthalmology (eyes), soft tissue surgeries, and pain management. Dr. Bower has also provided care for the Lawton Police Canines Unit for over 20 years.

We are so excited to have been referred to Oak Ridge Animal Center. Dr. Bower is awesome! Our French Bulldog Chief was so well taken care of and the staff there is wonderful. If you are looking for a vet that treats your pet like one of their own family members this is your place. We couldn't be happier!
I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning for my dog and the awesome staff discovered a very serious health problem during the pre cleaning screening. Although my poor dog has a fatal problem with kidney failure the Doctors caught it before he was showing symptoms and with proper diet and treatment we are hoping for more years of life for him. Thank you to the entire staff for caring about my dog.
I love this place...Dr Browsers is the best...Dr Freeman has helped out so much.
We had a night time situation come up with Vinny our English Bulldog several nights ago. Dr. Bower met us at the clinic under 20 minutes. Spent over an hour with us, within an hour had to have him back for emergency surgery. He worked worked with Vinny all he could into morning hours. But it was not meant to be, Vinny was a loyal companion, family member, to all of us. I say hats off to Dr. Bower and staff. Butch Heying
