Business Owner Dr. Robert Bower received his BS from Oklahoma State in 1976, and then his doctorate in veterinary medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1978. Dr. Bower is a past president of the Comanche County Veterinary Medical Association. His areas of special interest include: Ophthalmology (eyes), soft tissue surgeries, and pain management. Dr. Bower has also provided care for the Lawton Police Canines Unit for over 20 years.

My cat Jo Jo had a blocked bladder. The veterinarians were so kind to me the week he was there! They made calls and let me visit as much as possible. It seems like when I went they were busy, which to me is a good sign that so many people trust this place with their pets! Even though they were busy I never waited long to be seen. This is an amazing place with talented people. From the doctors to the staff I was treated so well.
If you’re in Oklahoma and need a vet I cannot recommend Oak Ridge Animal Center enough! They were able to take a very sick sedge in last minute on a Sunday night and were the absolute sweetest! I cannot say enough good things!
Awesome staff and amazing doctors. They are very skilled professionals and care about their customers. They treat you like family and are honest with you. They are not money hungry but truly care about you and your fur baby.
I miss the doctors and staff since I have moved. I have never found a better Vet since Oak Ridge!
