Verified Renter We absolutely adore our apartment it's a beautiful unit with plenty of space for us and our growing family. We love that the unit has a washer and dryer unit and our daughter adores the pool!

Verified Renter Very nice student housing community. Gated and with really good amenities. I would recommend it to all students going to USF to stay here, it is also on the bus route and close to literally everything you might need. Sharon from the leasing office is really sweet and a great person, so working on my lease with her was super easy.

Verified Renter The office people were helping and understanding and answered all my questions. The apartment cleanliness was average and the there are roaches when we moved in. I hope pest control will do something about it
