Verified Renter I love living here. I live in a mini forest of oak trees and enjoy the year round shade and cool breeze. the staff is great, maintanence responds fater than the last apt complex I lived. After almost 3 years, I still enjoy comming home. Oak Ramble is so close you could walk to USF. However, the USF bull runner transportation loop picks up at the back gate. Bush Gardens is close, with easy access. There is access to several intertate and magor highways within minutes.

Verified Renter Community is very peaceful with trees, birds, lakes and facilities such tennis court, gym, pool everything is so good. It’s been 2 months and I enjoy living here

Verified Renter It’s a good community. I am really happy staying here. I like the way swift actions taken incase of any maintenance related issues. Only thing I feel would have to be considered is for kids if we have play area it would have been real good.

Verified Renter Oak Ramble apartment is great place for someone to rent, it's really nice and quite, well maintained but the pool by leasing office needs to cleaned at least once a week or two.

Verified Renter Bugs can be a bit of a problem, especially invasive roaches but thanks to the free pest control it's not too much to deal with. Has some issues with plumbing as well but technicians were there within a day or 2 to assist.
