Perfect place near USF Courteous staff and good neighbors to live around with. Work orders have been implemented satisfactorily whenever they were made. To top it all, the pool and gym is helpful in making the stay enjoyable.

I miss this place lived here for just over a year before relocating back to PA. The management and staff are amazing. If you call the office, they answer. This does not seem to be a common thing anymore. The maintenance guys are super always around property so if you have any questions, they are always willing to help out. Grounds are maintained for the most part. Having the mostly private entrance is a huge bonus. College Living Oak Ramble is a really cool place to live you're close to FSU you're close to all the bus routes,easy access to the freeways. the staff is very friendly and so are the people in the community you're allowed to have pets and everybody seems to get along very well. they are monthly gathering at the office for everybody to participate and games and get to know each other a little bit better.
