Just wanted to give my hygienist Karla a shout out. I am 7 months pregnant, and went in for a cleaning today and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I was feeling extremely light headed, nauseated and clammy from laying flat on my back, and she sat me up, got me a cold glass of water, a cold cloth to put on my head, and finished my cleaning standing up so I didn't have to lay down anymore. RecommendedI seriously fear going to the dentist but with my situation today I could not have asked for a better experience. I had an emergency and a serious time crunch Vicky ( I believe is who I called and talked to) Was wonderful and helped me get in and was so understanding. Not to mention the two Dr's made it as smooth as possible, understanding my anxiety issues. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.

Came in to make sure they accepted my dental insurance and was told yes. I made an appointment and came in for my first appointment only to find out they wouldn't accept my insurance. Not Okay with them wasting my time and gas. �

Christi, we are sorry to have had this happen. We do accept many plans from the same insurance company but, you had an individual plan that allows you to see only exclusive providers. Insurance companies have many plans and just looking at the card isn’t always clear. We are now checking plans online to verify and we encourage patients to do the same so there are fewer misunderstandings. Hopefully you were able to contact your insurance company for a list of providers that accept your insurance. Thank you for bringing this t... read more

I've been going to Oak Park Dental for 23 years. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I love my hygienist, Karen and Dr O'Leary is the best!!

My first visit everything went well. Staff are all nice and caring. Nice clean place. The best dental office I've been to. Now I can say I love going to the dentist. Happy patient happy dr.
