RecommendedI’m going to be honest. At first, I wasn’t sure about these apartments but I’ll tell you what - my run in with the new office management was fantastic. Cory and Mary were very helpful and seem to actually care about their residents. There are a lot of changes coming and this place is starting to look like it’s going to blossom. We just signed another year and do not regret it.
I just renewed again, why? Because we have the best to offer around, hard working maintenance men, a new office manager and leasing agent that do their jobs and are super friendly. I have been here for quite a few years now and for me I have the best neighbors, it’s drama free, I have made good friends here too and the amenities coming are wonderful, I can’t wait to sit around the bonfire with neighbors to some s’mores and laughs . The new management is horrible! They are very rude and will try to charge you for every little thing, always hanging notices. I hired an attorney to fight them in court. I won and moved when my lease was up. Not anyone I know will ever live here.
Been here a year and me And my son love it thinks do break but they get on it pretty quickly we will be Signing another lease in sept thanks oak park staff
Great Apartment sizes, beautiful courtyards. maintenance does well, very nice community.
Be more diverse, it's Lilly white, unless that's what you want, then you've made us feel unwelcome. Job accomplished.
They don’t fix anything. I have no ac AGAIN. They don’t answer phones or return calls. The apartment they show you doesn’t look anything like what you really get. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
