Dr. Hafid E. Ortega was recommended by a friend. Though I live in Monterey, I and my wife had to travel 70 miles to visit the clinic personally. We were warmly received and had a friendly chat with the Doctor and staff before the examinations. The Doctor educated us well about the condition of our teeth, communicated very well and provided us enough information on how to go ahead with treatments. friendly hygienist, doctor took time to connect with me talking about out children, and the office staff took care of my insurance paperwork.

Dr Ortega and his staff are incredibly personable and do good work.
This was my first time visiting White Oaks Dental (It used to have a different name under a different management). I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I have the chance to interact both with Dr. Cho and Dr. Ortega. They are both very very friendly and informative.
