Oak Lake is my families favorite place to camp. The staff is great. There are plenty of trees to camp under, the beach is clean and awesome. The bathroom and shower house is always clean. The grandkids love the activities. It's always nice and quiet. We love this place! I've seen a lot of reviews about a lot of rules and that they nickle and dime you but I've never seen any problems like that. It is to me a wonderful place to camp.
Nice quiet family campground. The owners care. I can't say that about a lot of places. All the employees smile at you.
This campground is the worst place I have ever stayed! The owners are extremely rude to their guests! They are always yelling at someone, they are money grabbers and they will rip you off at the first chance they get! They make me sick, I could not get out of that campground fast enough!
My immediate and extended family have had four seasonal sites here for 4+ years because it's very conveniently located for us, but that is the only reason we keep our trailers here. The owners are not pleasant and do not make any effort to make your stay here an enjoyable tonight. The latest irritation is that they will not allow me to sleep in a tent on my seasonal site tonight (strictly trailers only)... What a shame, it's such a beautiful night for tent-camping...
Enjoying the campground will be back next weekend.
This is our first year here. Love the site we picked the place is so quiet, clean and relaxing. People are really nice and seem to be allot of dog lovers to. Owners have been really nice and such hard workers.
