1st and last time here. Much like many other reviews I’ve read this weekend a lot of the frustration stems from the extra costs, customer service and LOADS of rules. The kids in our group were often frustrated by the condescending tone in which they were treated. If you’re going to have a family campground it’s probably a good idea to know that kids are often part of the definition of Family and will be staying and enjoying the amenities offered (I mean charged extra for). Very dirty bathrooms, vomit in one stall. Disappointing. Very loud and belligerent campers next us and across from us who stayed up screaming, running through our campsite, until 3am. Quiet hours are obviously not enforced here. We won't be back. Would not recommend this campsite to family or friends.
Our first time and my first impression was the owners must been wardens at a prison, because they sure had more rules & regulations for the guests than inmates have. Oh and it's 15 bucks extra for having a good time on kids activates. Other campgrounds roll out the red carpet and treat you like a king. Here you get a talking to like your a 5 year old steeling a cookie. But it was clean, beautiful campground, once you get over the feeling your having fun and it's ok with the wardens.
