I went to the Oak Hill ER tonight for a bad toothache and I have to say it was the most pleasant ER visit I've ever had. The staff were all incredibly nice and went out if thier way. One of the nurses actually played with my (cranky) 8 month old twins so that I could go thru triage. Ive been to some ERs where they just treat you like another patient, its nice to go to one where they treat you like a person :)

I wouldn't take anyone I love or any of my patients there if I had a choice. It is horrible to its staff and does not pay very well. Lets certain nurses abuse and bully other nurses. It also shoves patients out extremely fast when money runs low regardless of the patients health.

Absolutely horrible experience on 5/16/14 when dealing with Maria - RN in the Ped ER : Nicole - Charge RN in the ER and Sandy Mahoney - the RN House Supervisor. Letter to the hospital, my insurance company and ACHA to follow.
My wife and I have had wonderful service at Oak Hill = I'm a little concerned now. I'm scheduled for surgery there on monday AM I hope but I haven't been told when to report. I've called and they haven't called back??
