The people that they have living in the house have a vicious dog that has killed one dog already and the owner will not put up a fence that is mandated by the city. The real estate group which holds the contract has told us that its none of their business on 3 separate occasions. The rented to the couple knowing full well that they had a vicious dog that they were moving from Chicago because and they have not checked on the new people or listened to anyone that brings this to their attention.
