I hope they have stepped up their game after so many yrs went by since we found out we were living in a unsafe, outdated, under city code, delapitating house. A Dav. Fire Chief told me the furnace was dangerously outdated. we weren't told that & it wasn't in the rent to own agreement contract. Besides that a group called Quad City Interfaith went around town. & as a decent public service for the potential buyers (THEY-Q.C. Oakhelm makes buying a home possible for the people who can't obtain a traditional mortgage through a bank. For that reason I respect them highly.
Oakhelm got me my first home and I had a first rate experience with them. They were consistently available to answer my numerous questions and it was an overwhelmingly good experience. I'm glad I did it!!! Also, that front desk girl was so cute and friendly.
