Been my landlord for 3 years. Always helpful and timely. Takes care of everything I need as a tenant. You will be very happy going with one of Oak Equities wonderful properties.
Customer service is horrendous as the person who picks up the phone, the landlord - who I’m assuming is also the owner of the properties that Oak Equities manages - answers by saying “hey.” I feel completely blowed off every time i call for serious issues that I otherwise would have no idea about. What I pay is an absolutely horrible deal for what I receive. Owner doesn’t even care to do simple remodeling or finish simple jobs that are already started... don’t recommend
