Lovely office and the absolute nicest staff! They made my daughter’s first visit such a positive experience and answered all my questions.
Never bringing my family back here.. came in for a procedure and told them I was anxious getting a surgical excision done on a spot that came back abnormal. Asked the doctor if they could prescribe 1 dose to help because I have anxiety when it comes to procedures because I do not numb well. They told me that the doctor cannot prescribe meds because she let the liscense lapse and is not allowed to prescribe those meds anymore (this came directly from her nurses mouth over the phone). Oak City Dermatology is great. I’ve been going to them for a few years now and they listen and have helped me with any issues I’ve brought up. Yearly exams are thorough and the process from start to finish is smooth. Would reccomend to anyone.
This doctor is too aggressive with offering additional services and continues to send marketing emails, despite requests to stop.
I suffered from a really sudden onset of intense adult acne, and the team at Oak City Dermatology supported me every step of the way. Everyone is extremely nice, professional, and never made me feel silly for asking what I assume are fairly basic questions. I can't recommend them enough :)
