I was a patient of Dr. Paterson for well over 20 years. He is one of the best. I referred friends and family to him who were all very happy with him and his delightful personality. Things all changed when I ordered a new pair of glasses from the optical store and had lenses replaced in another. When I picked up the glasses the progressive lenses had be measured incorrectly and had to be replaced in both pair of glasses. I've been a client for years and now my daughter loves having her toddler eyes checked too! Incredibly accommodating and warm with the littles, they even open a treasure chest of toys for them at the end of their visit. We had a lot of laughs during my daughters appointment and she wants to go back soon!
Dr. Suzanne Sutter is outstanding. She guided me, my wife, and our three kids through eye tests with warmth and clear expertise, putting everyone at ease. She answered every question patiently and even helped my wife choose stylish new frames that suit her perfectly. Highly recommended Oak Bay Optometry and look for Dr Sutter!
The 1 star is for the BS I went there the EYe dr was amazing and helped me And sent me to vision therapy But when the vision optometrist tried to get me into debt I left I went to oakbay for advice but what they did was tell me the optimitrist they sent me to is an Actual dr and has formulas and the labs at hoya know his special formula WOW First an optometrist is not a dr Second just wie No problem will never return and I will let others know that you look out for other optometrist over the people.
