I highly recommend NOT using OAD -- they are unable to return a simple telephone call just to schedule an appointment ! I tried numerous times gave up and went with the Glen Ellyn Clinic who, by the way, were extremely responsive :-). In my opinion OAD is a prime example of what's wrong with the health care system in this country.
