No mechanic should feel good about charging $117 dollars to change a cabin air filter. I even brought the filter in. Shame on y’all
I was scared to death of getting ripped off (RIP Express) but ok auto saved me over 500 dollars by finding a work around that was just as good. Very happy.
Great place to bring your vehicle for under the hood service other than the engine like headlights, fluid containers, wiring, electrical, etc.... My car had a headlight issue that I couldn't fix and other auto shops wouldn't work on but referred me to O K Auto and they did the work in a little amount of time and reasonably priced. Our car started acting up driving from Michigan. Tried two shops who couldn't help us because it was an electrical issue and referred us here. They got us right in and diagnosed the issue (ignition coil). We only had to wait 45 min. for the part to arrive and they fixed the issue right away. They were also super hospitable as we were travelling with our dog and they gave him lots of treats and welcomed him in the waiting room with us.
