They were trying to sell me color and extra features when I was interested in reliability and usability, but they sold good vehicles at a good price and were very friendly.

Small relaxed friendly environment without rushed or high pressure sales. Gave a fair price for my trade in. And allowed a test drive without an employee ride along. The car I purchased was clean and brought up to high standards with new tires, brake pads, even a new windshield.
I have always watched this dealership on the website. I stopped in to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. Nick showed me the features of the Edge and I explained my financial situation and he helped me work that out and when I was picking it up, he worked around my schedule. I am very happy with the service that I got from Nyhus. I also like the quality and variety that you have on your lot.
My experience the moment I walked into the parking lot and was greeted by Greg Aune was a very good one. I was interested in a 2010 Ford Escape. I was looking for something I can depend on for winter driving as well as a SUV with good gas mileage. We were so happy with service. They held truck all week. It was best price and best truck in state! Sales staff gave very fast accurate response to questions. He didn't try to sell me newer more expensive truck.
Greg was very easy to deal with and did not pressure us in any way to make a sale. There were a couple of small stains in the seats and even though it was a Saturday he called to see if any of their detail shop people were working and had them clean the spots before we left. They made the entire sales process very simple and painless for us. Would definitely recommend them to others!
Nick was friendly and easygoing. He was patient, helpful, honest, and efficient. We bought a Ford Escape and are in love with it so far. It seemed like they will stand behind their vehicles and take care of their customers.
I definitely recommend Nyhus Family Sales. Greg (and Nick) were great to deal with, responded right away to emails and phone calls, and organizing a time to come check out the car was easy. The car was in great shape and so clean- smells like new! I was impressed that all the paperwork was finished right there; I did not have to finish anything at the DVS. The whole experience was totally hassle-free. But most of all, I am super happy with my purchase! You guys are awesome!
Nick was pretty awesome to deal with. No pressure sales attitude was so refreshing. The fact that I got a 6 month warrenty on an 8 year old vehicle was reassuring also. Keep up the good work guys!
