Nick was friendly and easygoing. He was patient, helpful, honest, and efficient. We bought a Ford Escape and are in love with it so far. It seemed like they will stand behind their vehicles and take care of their customers.
I definitely recommend Nyhus Family Sales. Greg (and Nick) were great to deal with, responded right away to emails and phone calls, and organizing a time to come check out the car was easy. The car was in great shape and so clean- smells like new! I was impressed that all the paperwork was finished right there; I did not have to finish anything at the DVS. The whole experience was totally hassle-free. But most of all, I am super happy with my purchase! You guys are awesome!
Nick was pretty awesome to deal with. No pressure sales attitude was so refreshing. The fact that I got a 6 month warrenty on an 8 year old vehicle was reassuring also. Keep up the good work guys!
Nick did not pressure us into buying a certain car. He was helpful in helping us to decide what kind of used car would fit our family and our needs.
Nick made the process easy. I would have liked him to have more knowledgable about the vehicle itself, but I had done enough research on my own to feel good about the car. As for the process I didn't know what to expect, but Nick knew what he was doing. I never felt pressured. I feel great about the purchase!
My husband and I really like working with the Nyhus family, in the past we have purchased other vehicles from them and have always had a wonderful experience, We live 2.5 hours from the dealership and Greg Aune drove my new car to me so my day would not be inconvienced to go and get it. I looked on line and saw this vehicle. It was the exact vehilce I had been shopping for over the last couple months. I called and Nick was very fiendly on the phone. We drove down and test drove the vehicle. It met all our expetations. The price matched what Kelly Blue Book said we could expect to pay. One of my least favorite things to do is replace a car. That all changed with my experience with Nyhus Family Sales. The atmosphere was friendly, straight forward and honest.
