At Nyhus Family Sales, I was treated wonderful. Nick really listened to what I was looking for and he let me test drive all of the vehicles that I was interested in. Even though I test drove more than 5 cars each time he was happy to hear on how it went and if I liked it and he had the next vehicle I was interested in turned on and warming up so when I got back from test driving one vehicle I could just jump into the next one.
I researched a lot online for what we wanted to buy. We went to cargurus.com and researched 'good/bad/fair' deals for the type of cars we were considering(Crossover/SUV). Nyhus had the best deals for the Ford Edge we were looking at and for our budget. We drove from Fargo to Perham on bad roads early on a Saturday morning. Nick was very friendly and casual throughout the process of buying our car. Their were no big surprises at the end of the deal like there had been with other dealers who decided to add different fees after negotiating a price. Whenever we came to take a test drive the car was always clean and warmed up for us and ready to go. When I inquired on-line regarding this truck Nick responded quickly which I really appreciated. When I responded to set-up the day and time to come to test drive this truck he was very helpful. When I arrived on Wed for my test drive the truck was already running to get warmed up. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness. The truck is in very good condition and clean.
