Painless, no pressure and no hassle purchasing experience. The day I found the 2002 F150 that I was interested in looking at; I called and left a message since it was after hours and the store was closed. I received a call back from Greg telling me that they had the vehicle at the body shop getting rockers replaced and it would not be ready till later in the week. Great experience Very good customer service. Fair trade in value and good price on trade. They were very quick with the paper work; we were in our way in less than an hour after selecting the vehicle. All around good experience.
Just out to get the sale...customer serviec SUCKS!!!!!!! We drove from Rapid City SD to Perham MN and they were real friendly until after we made the deal. Got less than an hour away and check engine light came on and so we called and Greg said to have it looked at when we got back and he would take care of it. Well, by the time we got to Watertown SD the water pump was bad and it was misfiring so we called to let them know we were having it fixed and they got pissed and said we signed "as is".
