Stopped in for lunch today. I had the gyro and my wife had the wings. To say the food was amazing would be an understatement. Everything was exceptional from the food to the service. I will be returning!
My daughter ordered, online, 2 meals at Nyck's Philly Burger & Wings in Charleston on Tuesday totalling $30.26. Paid for them online. Went there to pick them up and they were closed. Since then she has gone back twice and called several times. Nobody is there and nobody answers the phone. Great way to run a business!
I don't know how to explain this experience, but I felt like I was ordering food from family, and the food was amazing.
Terrible experience using online ordering and delivery option. My order was never received although my card was charged. Establishment would not pick up the phone after countless calls. There was no way to cancel my order and receive a refund. 0/10 experience
