highly recommended – I used these guys for a move the weekend of 12/12/08 - and they were great. Fair price, efficient, on time (early in fact) and pleasant. Most importantly was that I had done a lot myself so gave them a specific list of what to take when I submitted the list for the estimate but I still had a lot more that I didnt get finished by the time they got there - and they took a lot of extra stuff with no fuss so they really saved my butt as I would have had a lot to do myself the next day I hadnt planned for. Fast, efficient, careful, polite. – I waited until the day before the move to hire movers, but they had no problems accommodating my plans. Their workers were careful with everything and made excellent time. I was moving things from two different, distant locations (Kensington and Inwood!) to Bed-Stuy and they managed everything in under four hours. awesome, no stress – im terrified of using movers. lived in nyc for 13 years and only had to use movers once before. needless to say, i was traumatized then. so ive never used movers again, but now that im getting up there in age and cant ask my adult friends to help me move, i found these guys on yelp. there were easy to set up with thru email and worked around my terms and gave me options for hourly or flat. since i know moving pretty well i was able to estimate pretty well how long the job would take, so i opted for hourl... read more

They're REAL Pros when it comes to Moving!!! – I can't say enough nice things about how professional and personable these Guys were. I will heartily recommend NYcityVan to everybody I know - and - if I ever have any moving needs in the futur, I will definitely use them again. Best Movers in NYC! – I used NYCityVan to move just a large sofa, but next time I move to a new apartment, they are going to be the first people I call after signing the lease! They were unbelievable friendly, professional, and not expensive. Highly recommended!

Good guys who make your move easier and less stressful – I've used NY City Van 3 times now and have had 3 excellent experiences. The guys have always been very personable, courteous and well prepared to do an excellent job. The process of setting up the move is super-easy. Have no complaints -- reasonable prices, excellent service. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

Movers, Friendly, Careful, Fast, Affordable! – I recently used these movers (for the 2nd time, actually) and they were once again, Wonderful! They were on time (early, even) and were polite, quick, careful and had excellent attitudes (especially for 9:00am on Sunday morning). Setting up the moving date/times and other details was also an extremely easy going and pleasant experience. They were reasonably priced and efficient. I will be using the company again soon for more moving out of storage. Excellent!
