I could not recommend NYcityvan more. I was very stressed leading into my recent move and the company completely alleviated my worries. The two movers that showed up were efficient, friendly, and flexible to my needs. The price was exactly what I had hoped to pay and I feel that it was money worth spent. This is a no-risk company to go with when moving.

I used their service and we couldn't have been happier. Our team (Mike, Malcom and Nelson) were very professional, friendly and very efficient. I have only hired movers once before and I was hesitant to hire again, but these guys give movers a good name. I would recommend them without hesitation. They made one of the hardest days of my life, pretty good and painless.

Moving was very easy and fast with NY city van. I was able to book the day before moving and got a fair quote on the phone. They sent two guys who were really friendly and wouldn't let me help. They had to walk up 4 flights of stairs but the whole job was done in less than in hour. The staff is friendly to deal with by email too. Very happy, no complaints.

Exceptional service (especially in NYC) deserves a great review and am so happy to write one for these guys! I reached out to them via e-mail and within a few hours had a quote and booked the move. The pricing and customer service was the best that I found (did immense amounts of due diligence), and am so happy I went with NYcityVAN. The movers (Alex and Nelson) showed up as scheduled and were extremely quick and friendly - even with my 4th floor walk-up. The guys were amazing! Super fast once they got there, got right to work and were good at finding parking spots for moving off two busy avenues. The 4 pm deadline wasn't an issue and my boyfriend said they were real nice guys. They kept in good touch with me throughout the day too. I know you can't help certain delays, but they certainly made the best of their time once they got there. I would give zero stars if that was possible. They were incredibly rude and sexist even going as far as saying "I couldn't understand with my small brain" referring to when I asked why they were late past the 2 hour arrival window. They then continued to speak to me like I was inferior because I am a woman. One of the worst companies to deal with. They also pay people to write nice reviews about them. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Great Movers! – Mike and the guys were fantastic! They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly and efficient, cleaned through my apartment in no time and had the truck loaded and to my new place in no time. No complaints, plan to recommend them to everyone I know who needs movers.
