NYcityVan's moving service is EXCELLENT. Great follow thru, polite, and hard working. – Our two movers, Granger and Robert, called before they came to let us know they were en route. They arrived on time at 9:10. They were polite and diligent, happy to take direction and to do the heavy lifting. They wasted no time, took no breaks. WORST EVER – unbelievable -- the guys were almost an hour late and even though i was promised that they were experienced and careful with antiques, they broke 2 valuable and sentimental pieces and tried to hide it from me. when i complained to the owner he came over to pick up the pieces to be repaired and said he would bring it back within the week. after not hearing back from him at all, i was yelled at when i finally got in touch with him. he claimed he never called me or brought back my stuff because "he had no contact i... read more

This company is a nightmare. Rude owner and very inefficient movers who waste time. – The company forgot to do paperwork for my move, even after I reminded them. When I called to follow up. Paul-- the owner-- screamed at me and used four-letter words. The movers were very inefficient and wasted a lot of time. They took five hours to move a small one-bedroom within the same building complex. One mover, Angelo, didn't want to lift anything that was heavy. fast, affordable and reliable – I used their service to move a room from one apartment building to another. They guys showed up on time, were very professional, quick and efficient. The service could not have been smoother. I highly reccoment!
