We spent excellent time in the hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Great mattress. Good breakfast. Starbucks coffee☕️😋 Nice and clean pools. 15-20 minutes walk to top attractions. Definitely will be back to this place on next visit to Key West
The front desk employees were rude, hateful, did not care to help in any circumstance. The parking was not available nowhere. Be prepared to walk. The room was spotless clean, pools, hot tub, rite outside rooms (which was the best part of the stay). Don't expect the breakfast there to take u thru to lunch. Don't waste ur time on it, eat somewhere else. The room furniture did make us feel like we was in a hospital!!!
Avoid NYAH Hotel – Scammy & Uncomfortable Stay Our experience at NYAH Hotel in Key West was extremely disappointing. The room had mold all over the walls and ceiling, and the bathroom was poorly designed and inconvenient. At night, it was nearly impossible to sleep — people were loud at the pool well into the night, and the bright outdoor lights shone straight through the windows and doors. I was in NYAH Hotel with my family and had the pleasure of being assisted by Neilam, and I must say, the service was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, combining efficiency, kindness, and profesionalism. We had a great time in NYAH!!.
