Did the Manitou Incline this morning and felt inflamed afterwards Ha ha. Went and tried cryo and am feeling less sore already. Thanks.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is clean, calming and comfortable. After a treatment I feel invigorated but the best part is my back is feeling fantastic!!! I love Colorado Springs Cryotherapy!
