RecommendedHey he entire staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. As Active duty military and crossfit competitor m body gets wrecked often. Since i have been going here weekly my recovery time has never been better, and nagging joint pains are getting better every week.

I was rear ended full speed nearly 5 months ago. Every morning I wake up with pain. After a few sessions at Colorado Springs Cryotherapy it has helped my pain tremendously to the point I feel ready to resume working out like I did prior to the wreck. I’ve also tried spot treatments and they have been super helpful for my neck pain. The staff is amazing and helpful.
