RecommendedThe owners and staff are so friendly and they don’t push packages on you, but they try to tailor everything to the customers needs. I’ve been going for a month and love the cryotherapy and other services they offer. I feel so amazing after a Cryo session. I recommend this place for anyone that cares about their total health.

This treatment is amazing. I felt a instant rejuvenation (especially from a HOT🔥day) and slept so good the first night followed by serene relaxation the next day and for a couple days following, AND post workout soreness and tightness in my muscles was relieved much sooner than without it. Love it! ❄#getfrozen
