Seth Gustafson is a no-joke nutrition pro. He's well-versed in how nutrition works for and with the body, and he's passionate about (A) tailoring nutrients to match your needs and (B) deciphering the ins and outs of bio-availability. If you take the B vitamin suite, consult him first. I make a supplement (@StressKillerDrink), and I know my field pretty well, but I also thought I'd dived pretty deep into the clinical data on subjects other than mine... and yet Seth was still teaching me things.
