Manager Scott! I've known him for years even when he was a manager of another nutrition store. Not only does he KNOW his nutritional supplements but he exhibits much more than that. For instance, he's honest, even when he makes a mistake. Also, he goes above and beyond the "call of duty". Such as without prompting he made a recommendation that led me to my current physician. Too, in my opinion, one of Scott's strong suits is his customer service (I speak to this point after retiring 25 years from it).
