I have unfortunately experienced very bad interactions with many of the staff that work at this location. After a simple filling I started to feel unexpected pain in my mouth but Dr.Catchings refused to acknowledge my pain and continued to deny what he did. I would not recommend this office to any family or person because no patient should be treated the way I was. Dr. Catchings and his staff provide a great level of care and commitment to their patients. I have been a patient there for about 5 years and I plan on continuing to go there for the forseeable future. It's really nice having a doctor who remembers me and things about my life. He really cares about his patients and it shows.
I am terrified of the Dentist and haven't been in a very long time. This has resulted in me having to get a extraction. Dr. Catchings is great!! He talked with me to help calm my nerves and made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The main reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I experienced NO pain at all.
