W&I please take better care of your patients and BELIEVE them when they say something is wrong or doesn’t feel right! We KNOW our bodies. I am truly sickened by what happened to Lashonda Hazard this situation NEEDS JUSTICE!
The behavioral health department and their billing department is one of the worst I have dealt with. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for an appointment, I was cancelled the day of due to being discharged and was also told they don’t really see patients a year post partum anyway. Why I wasn’t informed of this when I made my follow up appointment, I’m not sure.
