The behavioral health department and their billing department is one of the worst I have dealt with. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for an appointment, I was cancelled the day of due to being discharged and was also told they don’t really see patients a year post partum anyway. Why I wasn’t informed of this when I made my follow up appointment, I’m not sure. RecommendedIf I could give Women & Infants Hospital greater than a 5.0 review, I would. My wife gave birth there about 2 weeks ago. We found every person we dealt with on the medical staff to be professional, helpful, and compassionate. Every decision made by the staff was well-considered. They did everything they could to ensure a successful outcome, and their communication skills were outstanding. I highly recommend this organization - and the cafeteria food is excellent, as well.

I had a baby here a year ago in 2017, this hospital switched my son and gave me the wrong baby. The nurse refused to check the identification security wrist bands when she was taking and bringing my son from my room.but when the nurse found out that she had switched my son and gave me a wrong baby, she screamed and blamed me for not recognizing my son.
