This place is a joke. Pay to park to go to emergency room and you sit in waiting room for 2 hours. This just want to screw you out of money. And you get terrible care.

My husband and I felt unheard, dismissed, belittled and bullied by the majority of the staff. It was a downright traumatic postpartum experience. There is no chance in hell we will ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. Should’ve been the happiest days of our lives and we were absolutely miserable and just wanted to go home. We can’t get that precious time back but maybe we can spare others from a horrible experience ✌🏼
This hospital could improve by listening to Black Mothers who have a risk of pregnancy-related deaths that is 3 to 4 times higher than those of white women. (CDC) On January 7, Lashonda Hazard and her baby died after not being properly evaluated. An investigation should be opened and a serious overhaul of care is needed at this facility.
I had to listen to a nurse talk about how over populated the earth is and how few resources are left. Eugenics. The Brown center is there to diagnose children with autism when in fact these children may have disabilities caused due to botched birthing.
Lashonda should still be here!!! idek her, but she's gone because of this place. so no, I don't recommend anyone to come anywhere near this hospital!!!

Full service birthing hospital. Amazing and supportive staff.
They didn't help the African American woman when she said she was having left side paid and tenderness. They were put on hold and not a priority and died. Mother died of Cardiac arrest smh. Why didn't you test the mother also?
