This hospital was not great. The nurses don’t listen to new mothers and force them into being uncomfortable from the start. The moment I had my son I had nurses saying rude things to me because I was having trouble breastfeeding. They legit would not leave me alone. All I needed was space to do it on my own and the nurses were so rude about it. Terrible experience with Women and Infants. You're just a number to them, not a live human who needs care. You're just dollar signs to them. They charge for parking, for childbirth classes. Their front office staff are rude and refused to provide answers to questions about the policies in place, which left me with an incorrect bill totaling over $1000.
