We were headed to the cheese shop next door and happened upon this place. What a gem! Spectacular chocolates and a passionate staff!!
I know it's July, and some people think you don't need hot drinks like coffee and cocoa in the summer (those people are wrong), I just made some hot chocolate from the pack of cocoa we'd picked up from Nuance last month. It's so amazing. I will never be able to drink the other stuff again. Liquid heaven.
Omg! This place is amazing! This rates up there with chocolates I've got in Belgium. Amazing place and fun people to talk with. Very passionate about their product!
This place is heaven!! If you're not even sure if you're a huge chocolate fan, this place will change your mind!! Between the chocolate flights, and the steamed hot chocolate, the flavors will knock your socks off!! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about their product!! Kudos to them for going the distance to roast and grind the raw ingredient and make it locally!! The brewed chocolate beverage is an amazing alternative to coffee too!! This place will always be a stop when I'm in Ft. Collins!! Excellent!!
